Find answers to common questions about EverCare's NDIS support services

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support to Australians with permanent and significant disability. You may be eligible if you are under 65 years old, are an Australian citizen or permanent resident, live in Australia, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects your ability to take part in everyday activities.

Getting started is simple. Contact us via phone (03 7303 7203), email, or our online contact form. We will schedule a free consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and NDIS plan. Then we create a personalized service agreement and match you with qualified support workers to begin services.

EverCare Community provides services across Melbourne and greater Victoria. We work with participants in metro Melbourne, regional Victoria, and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm we service your specific location.

Our services are priced in line with the NDIS Price Guide. The cost depends on the type of support, time of day, and your individual plan. All costs are transparent and agreed upon before services begin. If you are NDIS funded, costs are typically covered by your plan with no out-of-pocket expenses.

Yes, you will need an approved NDIS plan to access our funded services. If you are in the process of applying for the NDIS or awaiting your plan, please contact us and we can guide you through the process and connect you with the right supports.

We provide Core Supports (daily living assistance, household tasks, community access, transport), Capacity Building (skill development, support coordination, health and wellbeing), Nursing Care (professional nurse-led health support), and Social & Community Participation (group activities, community engagement).

We require notice for cancelled appointments to avoid cancellation fees. Short notice cancellations (less than 2 business days) may incur a fee as per NDIS guidelines. We understand emergencies happen and handle these on a case-by-case basis. Full details are outlined in your service agreement.

All our support workers undergo thorough background checks including NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children checks. They receive comprehensive training in disability support, manual handling, medication management, and first aid. We also provide ongoing professional development and regular performance reviews.

We welcome all feedback. You can contact us by phone at 03 7303 7203, by email at support@evercarecommunity.com.au, in person at any of our offices, or in writing. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them within 30 days. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.
